While each of our engagements are unique to the individual or organization we are working with, every interaction follows the same series of steps in order to drive successful outcomes
We take each participant through an assessment which uses real working situations to assess areas of strength and weakness in their leadership style. We contrast this against a model for authentic leadership and report back to participants and sometimes their direct superiors
2) LEARNING STRATEGY
Based on the findings from the assessments of each participant, we can amalgamate areas of strength and weakness and therefore customize the learning experience to shore up weaknesses and accentuate strengths. Strategy for the engagement is done collaboratively with corporate stakeholders
3) LEARNING ENGAGEMENT
We hold the actual learning engagement. This can be anywhere from 2 hours to several days depending on what level of depth is desired in each subject area.
We don’t just walk away after the learning engagement. Instead our preferred method is to work with each individual to coach them personally on the practical application of the subject matter. In many cases, we spend up to a full day shadowing participants in their daily endeavours.
After a pre-determined period of time (usually 6-12 months following the coaching phase) we reassess the participants to determine which leadership competencies have improved and which ones still require further attention.
